Christmas was so much fun this year. Dev and Kym were so cute. Kym wanted her dad to open her gift to him first. She was so excited to give him a present. It was a shrek tackle box he gave her a couple of summers ago. (She shopped her room) We could have got Devyn one gift and she would have been happy. She didn't care about opening she just wanted to play. Robert slept through most of it. It was a really nice Christmas.

We went to Panguitch. Lew and Kym talked to Kaylin on the phone. Dev wouldn't. She is doing good a little home sick.

Yesterday I went to Cedar, good news is I am almost done shopping. Just need the hard to buy for parents. So last night I get home and am trying to figure out what needed to stay in the truck for a few minuets and what could come in the house. The girls would know something was up if I went to Cedar and didn't buy anything. I am going through the bags, Dev and Kym are standing at the door wondering why they can't help me. When I hear screaming. High pitched girl screaming. Sigh, eye roll!
Lew comes to the back door and tells me I am wanted at the door. A teenager was selling raffle tickets. The few minuets she was here the girls screamed and ran around wearing nothing but their underwear. I am sure she was like get me out of this house. I know that is what I was thinking.

Halloween Pictures

Kym's school party

Both girls are being wedding girls. Every one else in the world calls them Brides.

Kym's class party was today, she was so excited to dress up. She looked so cute walking up the side walk veil blowing in the breeze, flowers held up to her chest.


I am thinking it must have been one rough reception. Her hair is a mess, she has an Orange stain on her shirt and she is tired. She said it was way fun, the best part was she got another trick or treat bag.

Devyn and potty training

Dev should really be potty trained. She just changed her own diaper, took it off, wiped her self with a wet wipe, and put a new diaper on. I don't know why she won't just use the toilet. Some day maybe when she is 10.

Kym's first field trip

Kym and Lewis went to the fire station on Kym's first field trip. Kym was so happy that her Daddy was able to go with her. "One of the fire fighters was in his fire gear, and they sprayed the water and it looked just like a rainbow. Some of the kids kept yelling again again and they got wet! But I didn't cause I didn't want to." Kym was so excited when she got home she didn't stop talking for twenty minuets.

Devyn has decided that her name is no longer Devyn it is now Corrine. All day yesterday if we called her Devyn she would get mad and say I not Dev I Corrine I a musketeer. The girls got Barbie and the three musketeers. Dev loves it. She also wants to feed Robert eggs, bread and tried to sneak him a cookie. She is just taking care of her little brother.

Oh and he is only her brother not Kym's.

Robert is doing good, he had to have his PKU done again for some reason. So we get to go back in a week and have it done again. Poor little man, His little heels are so beat up. The lady at the lab feels so bad. At least I am not making Sheri do it.

We gave little Robert his first real bath tonight. The girls were so much help, they love everything about their little brother. Robert LOVED his bath. At first he let out a little cry then settled in and didn't make a sound until I got him out. I will post pic's some day.

Hungry hippo and a trip to the hospital

I love Lew. He tried to keep the girls busy while I feed Robert. One of the things they did was play hungry hungry hippo. It was so funny. Dev loved it. She kept stealing Lew's marbles and he would get so mad. Then she would hand feed her hippo. Some how she won most of the time. Kym was feeding two hippo's, her own and mine. She takes care of all of us.

I was trying to get a shot of his mo-hawk you can see it just a little bit. Just look how yellow he is? He turned yellow so fast.

How sad is this? They poked the little man four times before they decided to put the IV in his head. This is the mask he has to wear in the light box. At first he hated it but now it is not so bad. He is no longer on fluid, but he still has the IV in his head just in case.

In the light box. It amazes me that the Doc's know the light will help.

He loves the box. It is warm and has a little heart beat sound that he likes to put his head right next to.

I hate that I can't hold him all the time. But I will do anything to get him healthy.

First night at home

Look how small he looks in his bed.
Kym calls this the tortilla roll and wants me to wrap him like that all the time. She also wants me to teach her how to wrap her dolls up like this. Kym wants to hold him all the time, then doesn't want to put him down.

The girls love their little brother. Dev calls him baby Robert but it sounds like Bunny rabbit. Dev wants to hold him all the time and then kisses his head and almost drops him cause she wants to get up so fast.

I just wanted to show how much hair he has.

My batteries died. So I didn't get all the picture's I wanted.

I think the Hospital was having a bad week. This one I know is not my fault. I made an appointment for today with Dr Mooney. I get there and they tell me Mooney is not in today. I have the paper that says the date, time, and Dr Mooney. I saw Dr Birch who was so good. But at 37 weeks I really wanted to see my real Doctor. I would have liked to set the day he will start me. Frustrating!!!

Today is a much better day. I got the Ultrasound, and non stress test done. According to the Ultrasound the baby is about 8lb 10oz. The Ultrasound can be off, but we could see his little fat rolls on his tummy. We could also see the hair on the back of his head. I hope I have this baby soon or I really might have a ten pound baby.

Dev woke up this morning and instead of running to me (as she usually does) She ran to Lew and snuggled him. I think it made his day.

The only way to describe today is frustrating. Everything from Devyn waking up at 6:30 (not to mention the four times she woke up during the night). Kymmie knowing the # one minuet and then forgetting them all in the next. She also got moved to yellow today at school for the first time. She can't remember why, I think she just doesn't want to tell us. I went to the Hospital today for a Ultrasound and non stress test. Did I get either done? NO! I just waited in the hospital for over two hours. I did get to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Gleave for an hour. I know I made the appointment for Wednesday, cause then Lew would be home. For some reason they had the appointment for yesterday. They were going to fit me in but an hour later they came out and said that it would be another at least another hour until they could fit me in. I did get to talk to Britt for an hour on the phone which is always nice. I could have had the non stress test but by that time I wanted to scream. ( my sugar was a little low too) I went to Henrie's to pick up dinner and the food was burnt.
So I decided that when I got home I would do something fun with the girls. We put out the Halloween stuff.

Kym decided she was a witch Doctor and needed to help out the scarecrow's.

Dev would not get dressed so she could come and help us. She didn't want anything to do with the costumes. She wanted to play with some left over Halloween toys.

I thought the day was turning around but Kym just broke a glass bottle, that I have been telling both girls to stop playing with.
