Where did October go?

The girls have become scientist.   They got huge suckers from the back to school night, well I was sick of them taking up counter space for like a month .  One day I came up with a plan we would see what happened to the suckers if we put them in water.  The girls were excited and with in a few hours the suckers were gone and the water was black (they were multi colored suckers.) 

The girls loved it so much that in the past month they have seen how long a candy bar, a gummy bear,  and other suckers take to dissolve in water.  The couldn't understand why the chocolate on the candy bar didn't dissolve. 

The best experiment happened last night.   Before bed I found a boiled egg in a glass of water on the floor.  I decided that whoever made the mess could clean it up today.  Well first thing this morning Dev wants to know what happened to her egg.  I am so glad I didn't throw it away.  Every time she walked by it today she would poke it and say "Mom it is still the same!"  I don't know where we got her but we are sure glad we did.  At dinner tonight I wasn't pay much attention to her.  Kym walked around the table and whispered in my ear.  "Do you see what Devyn is doing?" 

Well she was using the Ranch dressing as lotion.  Both legs and arms were covered. 

Robert is walking and babbling, he just grunts and the girls get him what he wants.  He may never talk with slaves like that.  He loves his toy truck, any ball and hammers. 

He is starting to warm up to Cooper (the dog).  The first few weeks we had him Robert didn't want anything to do with him.  Now he pats Cooper's head and lets Cooper sniff him. 

Kymmie is doing great at school the first term just ended.    She started violin yesterday and has been taking ballet since September she is loving both.  She gets to be the Angel in the violin Christmas recital.   She can't wait, Dev says she is going to be an Angel too.  She has to do everything her sister does. 

Last week I didn't feel well, when I finally came out of my cough syrup induced coma  cold I discovered the house was covered with purple and red glitter, and neon construction paper.  I really was awake when the kids were I was just out of it.  I am the top runner for mother of the year. 

Man Kymmie being in school full time has clipped my wings.   We still keep the road hot.

A great birthday!

First day of school

She has been cracking me up all the time.

CRAZY!

I don't know where we got her.

I guess she is going to wear the same shirt from now on. It is a blue one with princesses on it. She put it back on today when I asked her why she told me "cause someone has to wear it!" Last time I let her wear it she wore it for 3 days straight. It is going to have to go into hiding again.

At 8:10 she starts telling us it is time to get Kymmie from school. She carries around a purse most of the day so she is ready when it is time to get her sister.

She taught Robert how to walk! One day I went outside for a minute Robert was in his play pen. When I came in Dev had him by the hands walking him across the family room. Yelling "Look Mom he is walking!!" of course she got yelled at. But a few days later when he took his first step without holding on She keeps telling us it was her who taught him to walk.

She wants her hair cut everyday. Thank heavens she knows not to cut her own hair.

All the sudden she is in love with Justin bebier. I think Kym has a lot to do with that.

She lobes her people. I finally realized she meant her class friends.

She either lobes something or doesn't lobe it. There is no in between. Oh and lobes is loves.

We ate at the Rain forest cafe one night. I thought the kids would love it, they have live fish and lots of fun animals that move. Every so often it starts to thunder, the Ape's go wild, and the Elephant moves his head and trunk.
Long story short the kids HATED IT!!!
Dev sat staring at the Ape's with her hands over her ears and Kym would snuggle in close every time the thunder started. It was a long dinner for me. I couldn't hear what every one else was saying so I just ate my dinner.



The girls were way excited to cheer for Kyle Bush after they saw his car at the M&M factory.

It would have been better if Karter and Kort were there, maybe next year.
Dev had a blast with Stetsyn.



Next year at this time these two little men will be running around giving their parents a headache. :)
And yes I do get Robert dressed. (some days)
