Eny was sick

Eny was sick yesterday. Kym and Devy had to take her soup and then had to stay away so they didn't get sick. I promise this is what Kym said and Devyn kept nodding and saying sick.

Eny

Kym has a new friend. Her name is Eny (any) she lives in Devyn's room. Kym has to visit her a few times a day. Dev is not so into Eny but she does go with Kym sometimes. Eny lives very far away and Kym and Devyn have to pack a suite case when they go to visit her. Funny girls.

I love Calf creek

I forgot how much I love just hanging out at calf creek. We went down with my Mom, Danni, James, Taylie, and Rayce. Kym Loved it Devyn hated it. I don't know if it was the current or the moss but Devyn would not put her feet in the water after about the first 5 minuets. It was so nice to set on the rock and put our feet in the water. Taylie loved the water. She would just set in the current smiling and giggling. Rayce at first was fearless then he got in a bit of deeper water and freaked out. He stayed pretty close to the edge then.
On a side note you all would be so proud of me I saw a baby snake and didn't freak out. It was almost by my foot and calmly picked up my foot and put it on the rock. Held my Devyn back(Kym was with mom, and Rayce was with Danni) and let it go on its merry way.
We used to go down a few times a week when I was little. It has been about 2 years since I have been there. I have a couple of pictures and I will try and post them later.

Devyn LOVES makeup

She is wearing foundation and mascara. Sorry Brittany I need to buy you more makeup. Thanks for letting us stay at your house. Next time I will watch my children a little closer.

More about the Princess festival

The Princess festival is in Lindon just north of Orem. It is $25 and you need to register at the web sit http://www.princessfestival.com/ or https://www.quietway.org/princessfestival/index.cfm

All proceeds go to the In our own quiet way program. They are doing wonderful projects in Africa. They even had some girls from Kenya to say thank you to the girls. The age for the adventure is 4-13 but I bet you could take younger girls and let them take pictures with the princess and princes. Devyn is 2 and loved every minute of it.

We are having a ....

BOY!!!
Due date-- October 22
I am almost 21 weeks
The baby weighs almost a pound
Everything looks great.

Princess Festival

I Loved how the girls were one of the first ones to follow the blue fairy. The blue fairy was the special fairy who helped them on the adventure. She was great for the whole two hours she stayed in character even when the girls weren't around.
Our three little princesses. Everyone loved their dresses. Some people thought we made the dresses for the festival.

The grounds where amazing.

Devyn setting in the castle waiting for the girls to come back down from helping Rapunzel and Bell. Devyn was to young to go on the adventure but she was able to go all the places the others did after they were done.

Our princesses going to the ball. They LOVED the carriage.

They each got to drive it too.

After the adventure they were able to wade in this fountain.

Aerial sat here all day talking and taking pictures with all the girls.
All the princesses and princes were so great. Stopping and talking with the kids staying in character the whole time.
Devyn would blow a kiss at all the princes, they thought it was adorable.

Aladdin and the magic lamp. But we all know that he let the genie go so we just got make a wish.

The witch tried to give the girls a poisonous apple but they were smart enough to say no.
Then they got to see where snow white and the dwarfs lived. They had toadstool seats and seven little beds. Then a slide out of the bedroom, they thought that was wonderful.

They were having so much fun running in and out of Pocahontas tee pee. Until she showed up then they became shy and wouldn't go back in.
We had a great day and I would suggest anyone with little girls go to it. We are definitely going next year.
And for you with little boys, the owner told us they are getting a Jedi training camp together.

Sharing

Yesterday we went to the princess festival in Lindon Utah. It was so much fun and as soon as I charge the battery on my camera I will be posting pictures. But I need to tell this story.

We were on our way home when we stopped for gas at the flying J in Richfield. (we had just left Brit's house) The wind was blowing so hard. When I opened the door Devyn's crown and wand flew out. We made wands, crowns, and necklaces at the festival. I was able to catch the wand but the crown was so light that it was gone. Kym was devastated, the poor girls was almost hysterical (it was late). I promised her we could make a new one today but she wanted her crown. Then I figured it out that it was Devyn's crown and Devyn didn't really care about the crown she loved the wand. I tried to calm her down by telling her it was Dev's crown.
My sweet little Kym gave Devyn her crown. Saying I don't want Devyn to feel this way.
Kym cried until she talked to her daddy and he was able to calm her down. He is always able to calm her down I am not sure how he does it.

A better day

Today me and the girls had Dr. appointments in Panguitch. I had my monthly check up and the girls were getting immunized. I left from Escalante and made it to about Pines when I thought I should check my messages to make sure the appointments started at 2:30. I call and sure enough the clinic had called and said Dr. Mooney was sick today and I needed to reschedule for next week.
We had left early so we could go see Grandma and Grandpa Gleave and get lunch to eat at the park in Panguitch. So I decided to take the girls out to lunch. We ate at the Pines and the girls were pretty darn good. Then on our way home I decided to visit the animal museum. The girls loved it. They wouldn't even look at the displays for more than a minuet because they would see the next one and run to it. Their favorite thing was the white deer, that was all Kym could talk to Lewis about. Kym loved all the instruments they had there. I had to physically restrain her from climbing over the fence to play the drums and guitars from Africa. Devyn loved the birds, and cats(bobcats). She wanted to pet the turkeys which is funny cause she won't get near the Kitty's at home.
We had lots of fun and some day when it is not so windy we are going back to feed the deer. As we were walking in we passed the little wooden house that is in front of the museum. I told them that is what people used to live in. Kym was disgusted "That house is way to small"
The one other thing Kym was really interested in was the thingy that Indian carried the babies in on their backs. She wanted to know all about that.
All in all the day was much better than all of us getting shots.

Now for Kym's message

Picture catch up

yippee!! I have pictures again. These go back to march so I just picked out the highlights.

We are calling this one the guitar lesson. Kym wouldn't let Devyn play with her Hannah Montana guitar so Lewis gave Devyn his bass guitar. Kym was devastated but she shares now and tells the other little kids how bad it feels when some one doesn't share with you.

Devyn watching the George Strait artist of the decade concert.

Kym watching the George Strait concert. She has on snow white high heels that you can't see

Kym's last day of preschool. We pulled up to the front door and she puked. She missed graduation. Devyn had just got over the flu, so I knew it wasn't nerves.

Devyn's first make up job. These pictures don't do it Justice. She was so proud of herself and I learned to put the make up some where the girls can't find it.

Kym's first Valentines box. I guess the Pix go back to February.

Deyvn's 2ND birthday cake. The one I made didn't turn out so I let the girls decorate it. They loved it and want to become cake decorates. (we also watch the cake challenges on food network and that inspired them)

Devyn's first bike. It is still a little to big for her so Kym rides it and we will get Devyn another one when she grows a bit more.

Flat Stanly visited our house and this is my favorite picture with him. The girls danced and sang to him. (He is on Kym's tutu) He helped us celebrate Devy's birthday, we played in the snow, he read book with us, and he was magic. He would move from one place to the other all by his self. well that is what the girls thought.
This one might get us ran out of Bryce. The Escalante cheerleaders had a fundraiser where they taught little girls a dance and cheer then the girls did it at half time of a game. We happened to be there for the three days of practice so I let Kym do it. (I also have a cousin on the cheer team) She loved it and now has lots of new friends in Escalante.
Crazy hair day at Aunt Tempe's. Kym has four pig tails, Devyn has two and Rayce (tempe's little boy) one. He had to get in line to have his hair done too.
Brittany- I know you are going to save this picture for your law suite against me. For those of you who don't know Brittany and Jeremy are suing me because when Karter was small I would dress him up in Kym's dresses and fix his hair. He made such a cute girl.
And now a message from Kym
