Christmas spirit/ Potty training

Kym is really getting in to the giving spirit this was our conversation today:
K-mom I have a great Idea!
M-what is it?
K-we will wrap up some of Dev's toys and give them to kids who need them. (yippee I am a good mom she is getting that Christmas is about giving.)
M-okay we can get some of the toys you don't play with any more. Go pick out some of your toys and we will let Dev pick out some of her toys.
K-I AM NOT GIVING AWAY MY TOYS! I'll go get some of Dev's and wrap them up.

So she has the giving spirit as long as it's not her stuff. Don't ya love kids.



To potty train or not to potty train?

Today Dev was suppose to be taking a nap but since she can not climb out of her crib. I asked Kym to check on her. Mom Dev is in the bathroom and I think she is playing in the toilet. I run to the bathroom and Dev is not playing in the toilet she has gone #2 in the toilet. It is all over her bum, hand, and toilet. But she went to the bathroom all by herself. SAWEEEEET!!
I was going to try and wait until after Christmas to start, I was going to try and teach her to tell me when she needs to go. In my small brain I thought that might make it easier. But she might potty train herself. Wouldn't that be great?


PS This is my 100Th post. I have seen on other blogs that you are suppose to give something away on milestone posts. To bad for you guys I am taking after my daughter and keeping all my toys. ;)
